Welcome to Klintegaarden

Klintegaarden is a unique, listed building complex in Trøjborg, Aarhus, constructed in the 1930s as a modern “mini-society.” Located next to Riis Skov, the complex comprises 149 owner-occupied apartments (residential and commercial) as well as 11 garages. Here we live with a view of the bay, close to both city and nature – with shared facilities such as a library, a panoramic lounge, and a courtyard that foster community and neighborly relations.
